RM40 – Best of CES 2002

Exhibited at 2002. CES in Las Vegas, RM40s won “Best of CES” Award in Hi-End audio category at their very introduction.
“In a category distinguished by astronomically high list prices, the VMPS RM-40 Ribbon speakers combined both innovative engineering and design suited for true audiophiles with a price that can’t be beat, around one-fourth what the another high-end audio entry costs, but sounded nearly the same.
The speakers were so impressive that they moved at least one judge to tears. During a demo of the RM-40s at the Alexis Park Hotel, in which the film “Titanic” was being played over the Ribbon Speakers, Roy couldn’t help but exude tears of joy while listening to the accurately reproduced soundtrack.
